We can supply a battery system that has a storage capacity of 18 KWh. This system has a maximum output at any time of 1600 watt. This system can work with the generator and the mains. It can support them or replace them. It can control the generator to start when needed either at low batteries or excess load. This system will be like a UPS (clean steady power) and you will never have a time with no power and your computer will never shut down because of mains failure.
 
This system cost ex works Spain including 12 long life low maintenance batteries: 4500 euros

Automatic Transfer without interruptions: In case of failure in the network or disconnection of the generator set, the MULTI will change automatically from charger to inverter start feeding the connected devices (load).

Practically limitless capacity thanks to the connection in parallel: You can connect between two and five devices MULTI in parallel. In this way, it is possible to obtain with 5 units 24/3000/70 MULTI a power output of 15kVA and a charging capacity of 350A.

Control of Power: Maximum advantage of a limited network voltage:The Multi can provide a powerful voltage of load (2kW or 10A by each MULTI).

With the panel Phoenix MULTI Control the Multi will consider the other devices that consume current at the time of loading and will use the current that is “not needed”.

Three-phase connection: With 3 phases of 5 units MULTI it can reach a power output of 45kW and a charging capacity of 1050A.

Power Assistant: Maximum yield of your generator set or the using of the network: MULTIPLUS works in parallel with the generator set or the network and duplicates the available power. It provides additional energy of the battery when it is necessary. Thus, in the output there will never be momentary drop of voltage, when there is excess of voltage, it is used to load the battery.

Variable charger in 4 stages and a system of batteries charging independent for 2 generators: Adaptable charger in 4 stages which adapts automatically to the consumption of the battery. If the battery is not used, the MULTI goes to the equalization mode to minimize the auto-wear away and extend the life of the battery to the maximum.

We reserve to the right of changes of design or modifications for technical development.

The investor has a free relay of power. Opened - Closed. With these two cables the generator can be started.

It is possible to be programmed to start the generator by low battery and power consumption.

It is possible to stop the generator because the peak consumption has been disconnected or because the battery has arrived at a certain voltage (charged).

Main Characteristics

The Classic batteries have been proven as independent power plants, during decades, with capacity, robustness, length life design and viability.

High operational viability under all type of conditions of use.

Low maintenance due to the low amount of antimony in the plates, and a great electrolyte reserve.

Case made in plastic materials transparent of high quality.

Available also loaded in dry with electrolyte separately.

Low level of gasification by the low antimony level. <3% (IN 50272-2)

Conform to the norms 736 DIN 40 and 737 DIN 40 T3

Electrolyte: Diluted sulfuric acid. dN = 1,24 kg/l. The important electrolyte reserve, considering the low water consumption, allows considerably to reduce the frequency of the maintenance.

Design of the optimized plates, provides a capacity superior to the one of the norms DIN.

Negative Plates type FAURE. Its thickness, assures an equal life to the one the positive ones. The new design of the positive plates, guarantees the perfect cohesion of the active matters and the flow of the current in optimal conditions.

Triple separation, guarantees the electrical isolation between the plates, a homogenous distribution of the electrolyte and a good cleaning of the active matter, in individual during the cycling.

Use and maintenance

Voltage of battery

The voltage of the open circuit oscillates between 2.04 and 2.09 v by elements, according to the density of the electrolyte and supposing that the battery totally is loaded.  

Location

The recommendable room temperature is between 15 and 25ºC. It is advised not to exceed 38ºC.

In case the battery is going to work in smaller temperatures, a diminution of the capacity of the battery takes place, reason why it would be necessary to use bigger batteries.
